A different way to think about brain health

Detect early. Act early. Preserve brain health for life.

We envision a future where neurological conditions are identified at their earliest stages, when interventions can be most effective, and where brain health is proactively preserved across the lifespan through timely, data-driven decisions.

Your brain deserves attention

Because the brain deserves attention before something goes wrong

Brain health is often addressed only when difficulties become significant enough to trigger a medical consultation. At DocMemo, we believe there should be a meaningful space between "I'm fine" and "I need medical care." That space can help people become aware of their cognitive functioning, better understand changes they notice, develop regular cognitive practices, recognize when professional advice may be appropriate, and discover opportunities to contribute to research.

A companion for your brain health journey

We believe people should not have to navigate their brain health alone. DocMemo is designed to remain useful over time, learning from your assessments, practice, experiences and preferences in order to provide increasingly relevant information, recommendations and opportunities.

Understand where you are

Build a clearer picture of your memory and cognitive profile.

Know what may matter next

Receive relevant guidance based on your situation.

Keep track as things change

Return over time and build an evolving picture of your cognitive journey.

Bridging the gaps in brain health

Always centered on the person.

DocMemo connects areas that are often disconnected, acting as a bridge across the continuum of care and research.

From research to everyday life

Bringing advances in neuroscience and clinical research closer to people.

From awareness to action

Helping people turn what they learn about themselves into meaningful next steps.

From home to healthcare

Helping people recognize when professional advice may be appropriate and making the path easier to navigate.

From individuals to research

Connecting people who may be interested with research opportunities that could match their profile.

From neuroscience to something people can use

DocMemo was created by neuroscientists. Co-founder Stanley Durrleman led a research team for more than 15 years at the Paris Brain Institute. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and neuroscience, authoring more than 100 scientific publications and serving as an inventor on patents relating to the use of AI to detect and anticipate neurological disorders.

Having worked closely with leading neurologists and neuropsychologists, Stanley founded DocMemo with a clear ambition: turning scientific advances into tools that people can actually use.

Research only has an impact when it reaches people. By bringing these tools out of the lab, we want to create a virtuous circle in which people's experiences and data—always with their explicit consent—can contribute to a better understanding of how cognitive abilities change throughout life.
